Mobility
We have a car park on site and it is only a short sloped distance from the car park to the boat, but we can assist with loading and unloading if needed. The access into the rear of the boats is via two or three steps, with one step into the boat at the front. A fixed wheelchair would probably be too wide for the entry doors and the inside walkways, however, a foldable wheelchair can be stored on-board for use when off the boat.
We will do everything possible to aid and assist any customers requiring extra support and if you have any specific requirements please contact us for advice.
Website accessibility
Country Craft Narrowboats is committed to providing a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of technology or ability. We are actively working to increase the accessibility and usability of our website and in doing so adhere to many of the available standards and guidelines.
While Country Craft Narrowboats strive to adhere to the accepted guidelines and standards for accessibility and usability, it is not always possible to do so in all areas of the website.
We are continually seeking out solutions that will bring all areas of the site up to the same level of overall web accessibility. In the meantime, should you experience any difficulty in accessing this website, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
